The 50lt. mini batch pasteuriser has a 3.6KW 240 volt heating element. The hot water is heated in the Bain Marie style jacket which in turn, heats the product up to the desired preset temperature, The tank is fully insulated, (so no hot spots!!).

• They have a 2" BSM outlet with butterfly valve.
• Tanks can be setup with or without a mixer.
• The mixer mounting arm/bracket, can be conveniently set to one side when not in use or for cleaning purposes.
• They come with a temperature control panel that shows the temperature of the product & also the hot water heating temp.
• They come on a stainless steel stand that is removable.
• A seperate data logger can be supplied for temp recording.
